These terms and conditions apply to all agreements between Studio Karot, located in Heist-op-den-Berg, Belgium, and the client regarding audio engineering services, including but not limited to recording, mixing, mastering, and live sound engineering.

All prices are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. Payment must be made within 30 days of the invoice date. Late payment may result in charges and interest.
The client declares to have all necessary rights to the provided material. Studio Karot reserves the right to use completed projects for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Cancellations must be communicated at least 48 hours in advance. For cancellations within 48 hours, charges may apply.
Studio Karot is not liable for indirect damage or consequential damage. Liability is limited in all cases to the invoice amount of the relevant assignment.
Studio Karot respects the privacy of its clients and acts in accordance with applicable privacy legislation. For more information, see our privacy policy.
Belgian law applies to all agreements. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in Belgium.
